Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?
Yes. You can change your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the start of the next billing cycle.
What happens to my data if I exceed my storage limit?
You will receive a notification before reaching your limit. Uploads are paused until you either upgrade your plan or free up space — your existing data is never deleted.
What is the RAG system included in the Enterprise plan?
The Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) system is a dedicated AI knowledge base built on your own case corpus. It allows EVIDA's AI to answer questions, surface patterns, and generate insights by retrieving directly from your organization's archived evidence and case files — not generic training data.
Is evidence stored securely and compliant with international standards?
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit with AES-256. EVIDA maintains tamper-proof chain-of-custody logs that meet the evidentiary standards of the ICC and UN investigative bodies.
Do you offer discounts for NGOs or humanitarian organizations?
Yes. Registered non-profit and humanitarian organizations may qualify for reduced pricing.
